Aperitivo hour, WA style. Enjoy a bittersweet Negroni featuring Wildberry Road Gin, Amaro Averna, and Vermouth. Perfect for sunset sips over the Indian Ocean and pre-dinner drinks.
Negroni
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add:
- 30ml London Dry Gin
- 30ml Amaro Averna
- 30ml Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
- Add an orange peel to the mixing glass.
- Stir with ice for at least 30 rotations.
- Fill your serving glass with ice.
- Strain the Negroni into your prepared glass.
- Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
