Christmas Delivery Times
To ensure plenty of time to receive your wine before Christmas, we recommend placing your festive wine order as soon as possible. Australia Post are experiencing some delays, so your wine may take a little longer to arrive than you are used to.

- WA - Order before Sunday, 17th December 2023

Delivery is FREE for all orders of $150 or more in the local area (6280 - 6285). Local delivery includes Busselton, Cowaramup, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Wilyabrup and Yallingup.
Shipping is via Australia Post with delivery taking 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch (slightly less for orders within Western Australia). Orders can be tracked.
Flying Fish Cove will not be liable for stock or freight for wines being shipped to an incorrect address. Should extra freight charges be incurred due to the re-direction of wine, these charges will become your responsibility.
Refunds & Returns
Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, please tell us by email message at the earliest opportunity:
- exactly what is the fault; the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent; when and how you discovered the fault; how the fault affected your use of the Goods;
If your order is incorrect please contact us immediately. As our warehouse starts processing orders almost immediately after they are placed, so we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.
We offer returns if a wine is faulty or damaged, however we cannot offer exchanges for if you change your mind etc.
Returns are accepted for 14 days, we will be in touch to organise the return of items (if required).
