Delivery & Returns
Delivery is FREE for all orders of $150 or more.
For orders below $150, delivery is charged at $10 per case (up to 12 bottles) within Australia.
Shipping is via Australia Post with delivery taking 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch (slightly less for orders within Western Australia). Orders can be tracked.
Flying Fish Cove will not be liable for stock or freight for wines being shipped to an incorrect address. Should extra freight charges be incurred due to the re-direction of wine, these charges will become your responsibility.
Refunds & Returns
Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, please tell us by email message at the earliest opportunity:
- exactly what is the fault; the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent; when and how you discovered the fault; how the fault affected your use of the Goods;
If your order is incorrect please contact us immediately. As our warehouse starts processing orders almost immediately after they are placed, so we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.
We offer returns if a wine is faulty or damaged, however we cannot offer exchanges for if you change your mind etc.
