About Us

About Flying Fish Cove Winery in Wilyabrup located in the Margaret River Wine Region of Australia

Flying Fish Cove is one of Margaret River’s largest wineries only 25 minutes north of the township in the Wilyabrup sub-region.

Established in 2000 our wines reflect the quality of the fruit grown on the Wildberry vineyard. The site favours low yields, intense flavours and bold structure. Winemaking is left to wild yeast cultures and minimal intervention.

Flying Fish Cove is a forward-thinking, shareholder-owned wine business that is fully committed to investing in the latest production and software management assets.

Our philosophy is to capture the quality of fruit produced in the vineyard to create an outstanding range of wines showing intensity and freshness, embracing the best of the Margaret River region.
