About our wines | Flying Fish Cove Winery Margaret River

Since 2000, Flying Fish Cove has been producing award-winning wines in the Margaret River region. Sustainability is at the core of our philosophy, guiding us to nurture the land and produce expressive wines, showing intensity and freshness.

Based in the sub-region of Wilyabrup, the wines reflect the quality of the fruit grown on the Wildberry vineyard. The site favours low yields, intense flavours and bold structure. Winemaking is left to wild yeast cultures and minimal intervention.

While we hold tradition dear, we also embrace innovation. Modern production and software tools ensure meticulous quality control throughout the winemaking journey.

Our commitment to sustainable practices includes harvesting rainwater, renewable energy, and responsibly managing our water usage. All water used on site is reused for irrigation in our native tree plantation. These efforts ensure minimal impact on our region's delicate ecosystem.
