This Dirty Martini leans into the savoury side of things. Gin, vermouth and olive brine - shaken or stirred, depending on your mood.
Ingredients
- Spanish Olives

30ml Wildberry Road London Dry Gin
- 15ml Maidenii Dry Vermouth
- 15ml Crawley’s Olive Brine
- Ice
Method
The secret’s in the olives — the more, the better. Smash them in shaker to get the oils going and draw out the brine. Then add gin, vermouth and extra brine. Add ice, stir or shake well, and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with olives and serve with sea salt popcorn for the right balance of saltiness.
