Appearance: Bright, pale gold with subtle greenish highlights and excellent clarity. Light viscosity with slow, elegant legs.

Nose: Vibrant and aromatic, showcasing the purity of Margaret River’s cool-climate white grapes. Lifted notes of tree fruits apricot, and lemon zest mingle with fragrant orange blossom, jasmine, and a touch of fresh ginger. The ex-white Port barrel influence adds delicate layers of dried apricot, honeyed almonds, and vanilla pod and toasted brioche. Floral lift from the aromatic white wine base with a clean, fresh character typical of premium Australian brandy.

Palate: Medium-bodied and supple. Starts with juicy stone fruit and citrus, then the ex-white Port cask brings a soft, rounded sweetness of christmas cake, candied citrus peel, light caramel, and toasted hazelnut. Subtle spice from the oak integrates without overpowering the fruit. The brandy remains bright and lively, with a silky texture and balanced acidity that keeps it refreshing rather than heavy.

Finish: Medium-long and clean. Lingering notes of orchard fruit, marzipan, and a faint saline-mineral echo from the Margaret River terroir. The white Port barrel contributes a gentle, sweet nuttiness that fades gracefully, leaving a fresh, slightly floral aftertaste.
