Here’s our take on the classic cocktail, with a Western Australian twist.
Singapore Sling

Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine:
- 120 ml Pineapple Juice
- 45 ml London Dry Gin
- 15 ml Luxardo Sangue Morlacco (Cherry Liqueur)
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Grenadine
- 7.5 ml Luxardo Triplum Triple Sec

7.5 ml Dom Bénédictine
- Shake it and strain into your ice-filled Collins glass.

Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
