Palate: Rich and powerful showing generous mulberry and dark chocolate flavours. A soft and supple backbone of tannin gives this
Cabernet a long and precise evolution through the palate.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 76%, Merlot 14%, Cabernet Franc 10%

Cellaring Potential: This wine is drinking beautifully now and will reward with careful cellaring over the next 5-7 years.

Bronze - 2025 Margaret River Wine Show (86 points)

Portions of Wildberry Vineyard Cabernets were fermented in static and open fermenters. Time on skins ranged from 1 to 2 weeks to emphasise softness and freshness. The portions were pressed separately to seasoned oak barrels and matured for less than 3 months to retain fruit expression. After barrel blending, the wine was clarified with yeast and is vegan friendly. Oak 100 % French seasoned.

Slow-braised beef or venison -
especially when cooked in red wine.
