WINEMAKERS NOTES

WINEMAKING

A traditional style Rosé. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

VITICULTURE

The fruit for our Rose wine is grown on the Wildberry Farms Vineyard in Wilyabrup. Sprawling canopy management allows for dappled light penetration within the fruit zone. This dappled light creates a slow and tempered ripening that leads to vibrant and perfumed berry development, perfect for Rose production.
