WINEMAKING

Organic Chenin Blanc from Wilyabrup. Fruit picked fresh
in the cool of the night. Soft pressing to create a long fine palate. Barrel matured with a portion matured in clay egg to create complexity. Aged on yeast lees and stirred to create layers of texture. Wine made under organic protocol and certified organic by ACO.

VITICULTURE

Grown in the Wilyabrup sub region of Margaret River
following certified organic practices. Healthy canopy management allows for dappled light penetration and minimal direct sun on the fruit zone. This dappled light creates a slow and tempered ripening that leads to vibrant and perfumed berry development, perfect for Chenin Blanc production.
