Flying Fish Cove's Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay is the ultimate apéritif bubbly, creamy and delicate it will light up all your parties.

Made in the traditional method, and from the favourite French varieties of chardonnay and pinot noir. Same classic taste as previous vintages, now with a straw hue.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Straw

Bouquet: Displays fine and delicate aromatics of lifted strawberry, citrus blossom and toasted brioche.

Palate: The palate is fine and long showing rich almond meal and fresh citrus flavours.

The small abundant bead provides a rich and creamy palate.

Variety: Pinot Noir 80% - Chardonnay 20%

Fermented in the bottle and aged on lees for a minimum of 9 months making this a traditional Methode Champenoise.
